Mobile Yoga Workshop
The Mobile Yoga Workout™ is a new yoga method melding the benefits of yoga and inline skating. The new workout integrates the inherent skate benefits of cardio fitness, muscular strength and endurance to provide an entirely new platform to experience yoga. It does not matter whether you have more yoga experience than skating or vise verse. The workshop will be tailored towards the needs of the attendees.Sufficient time will be spent integrating the separate concepts of each discipline.
